Shipping & Returns

This Policy governs order processing, shipping, delivery, returns, exchanges, and refunds for purchases made through our Site or authorized channels.

1. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. Processing times may be extended during peak periods or due to supply constraints.

2. Shipping Methods; Title; Risk of Loss

We ship via common carriers. Title and risk of loss pass upon delivery to the carrier. Delivery dates are estimates and not guarantees.

3. Address Accuracy and Delivery Issues

Ensure your shipping address is accurate. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses or carrier issues.

4. Inspection and Reporting

Inspect shipments upon arrival. Report damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery to support@cmiqhealth.com.

5. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted for defective or damaged items only. Opened or used test kits are not eligible due to health and safety regulations.

6. Return Authorization and Procedure

Contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before sending any item back. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

7. Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method after inspection. Please allow 7–10 business days for processing by your bank.

8. Exchanges

If inventory permits, we may replace defective or damaged items with the same or functionally equivalent product.

9. Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages after carrier-confirmed delivery. File claims with the carrier; we will assist where feasible.

10. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, acts of government, labor disputes, or carrier failures.
